Q How can astrology be of use to me?
A There are many ways in which astrology is of use to
individuals. The greatest gift is understanding which,
with development becomes wisdom about self and others.
Understanding what latent talent you possess enables
you to tap in and maximise your potential. Effective chart
interpretation allows for you to understand your predisposition
to certain behaviours and attitudes, both effective and
ineffective giving you choice on what… The general
population of people are oblivious about what they could
become with focus and effort.

Q What can you do a horoscope for?
A You can do a horoscope for anything provided you have
the date, place and most importantly the time, some examples
are: starting a business, significant business deals,
any relationships from business partners to marriage partners.
The relationship between parents and children, political
events, earth events, such as Sept 11th!

Q What is the difference between what astrologers
do and what you read in the paper?
A Most professional astrologers would prefer to personalise
the horoscope and the daily horoscopes are very general
and will only apply to a few.
My tip is read it and if its good, enjoy, if it's not say
it's a load of rubbish and wonder how the writer came
up with such stuff!

Q Is there any connection between Eastern
and Western Astrology?
A Eastern and Western astrology are designed to reflect
the culture and values that reside within that social
structure. Both are valid. I have applied western astrology
to an Asian person and visa versa and there does seem to
be considerable overlap in some areas.

Q Is astrology a spiritual discipline?
A I believe so. Astrology's essence is about understanding the
greater meaning and or purpose of our existence. To me that has spiritual connotations. The horoscope is just one discipline that enables this
to happen. However, there are many other ways available to the
initiate on a spiritual path, all of which provide insight and guidance. I
think astrologers can be used specifically with regards
to timing. No other discipline will give that to you.

Q Is Astrology in anyway connected to God?
Do you think he has his own personal astrologist in Heaven?
Or do you think he does not need it because he created the
stars and planets?
A It is my belief that the universe was created by something
divine. He/she may be called God, Budda, Allah, The Divine
or something else. I don't know the answer to that yet
I believe there is more to it than we know or understand.
I don't think he/she needs an astrologer as The Divine
is all knowing.

Q Is it wrong in the eyes of a Christian
to believe in Astrology. I consider myself a Christian
but have been told I should not believe in such things
as Astrology or Angel Cards etc. by many people over many
years. I do not listen to them, but it would be nice to
have an educated answer for them. Hope you can answer
my questions.

A This is a really good question as it comes up so often.
My understanding is that most western traditional religions
don't like their flock to seek the services of an astrologer
and quote the bible to reinforce this position.
It is my belief that a wheel has many spokes and they
all lead to the center. So I think we find our path
or develop greater understanding in different ways. What's
interesting, is that its mainly religions that preach
fire and brimstone. So much for tolerance! My personal
experience of religion has not included respect or tolerance
for others, which begs the following questions to
be answered: Is it the religion per se or the people
practicing the religion that conduct themselves in this
way.
I think your answer is, that one of astrology's roles
it to teach respect for self, understanding of difference,
tolerance and acceptance of others. In my opinion, given
the current spiritual state of the globe, religious as
well as political leaders could do well to embrace this
philosophy and stop fighting in the name of their God...who
ever he/she represents.

Q What do you think of the Cloned babies?
Will they be just like their mothers?
A Well we don't know for sure if these babies exist.
Science needs proof and so do I. However if such a child
has been born, from an astrological perspective, it will
be different than its mother. It will have a different
horoscope, although I would expect to see similar astrological
patterns as these are typically passed down like genes.
These patterns may determine psychological pre disposition
so drives and motivation may be similar however, its environment
will be different, and astrology does acknowledge this.
As many have said the nuture /nature debate might finally be
answered! I will look forward to hearing more myself.

Q Can you do a Business Horoscope? Can
you recruit staff using astrology?
A Yes. A business will have its own identity, planetry
patterns and essence. It will have its areas of great strength
and challenging aspects. It will go through cycles and
it is important to what they are as to know how to handle these to see how
they might be navigated.
You can recruit staff using astrology. I had a friend,
a pshychologist, and we used to play your science or mine?
She thought I did pretty well to be able to explain things
like preferred communication style, predisposition to
motivation levels and the impact of the candidates value
system could influence outcomes:all from the birth data!

Q How is it possible that the stars have
an effect on each other?
A There is no scientific explanation for this effect
yet I have always believed that resonance is the way in
which this occurs. If 4 tuning forks are placed in a room
and one is activated the others 'somehow' start to resonate
as well. I think the same applies to planets.

Q How do the stars control my life?
A They don't? You do! The issue of fate and free will
is always debated, even amongst astrologers. What is of
significance is that the planets and luminaries (Sun and
Moon) reflect events on earth not the other way around!
